We're sorry about that. Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item at no extra cost and arrange collection of the wrong one.

Most of our frames are medium fit (147-24-47mm) — suitable for most face shapes. The Azyr and Tulum are large fit, better suited for wider or longer face shapes. The Santorinie Blue is a small fit (147-22-36mm). Every product page lists exact dimensions under Specs & Materials.

Yes — every lens across the full Roch&Val range provides UV400 protection, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays. All frames comply with European standard EN ISO 12312-1. We list this on every product page because we believe you should always know what you're buying.

Most frames are TR90 — a lightweight, flexible thermoplastic used in premium eyewear worldwide. It's durable, resistant to impact and comfortable for all-day wear. The Santorinie Blue uses a polished metal frame. The Tulum uses a mixed acetate and metal construction. Every product page lists exact materials.

Use the microfibre cloth included with your order. For deeper cleaning, use a small amount of lens cleaning spray on the cloth — never directly on the lens. Avoid paper towels, clothing fabric or abrasive surfaces which can scratch the lens coating.

Not currently — all Roch&Val frames are non-prescription sunglasses. We may introduce this option in the future. If you require prescription lenses, we recommend consulting a local optician who can fit your preferred frame.

Not at this stage. Each frame is sold as shown on the product page. If customisation is something you'd like to see, let us know — customer feedback shapes everything we build.

We sell directly, so our prices reflect the actual cost of materials, production and delivery. €45 to €69 is what honest pricing looks like.
